As we approach the end of the year many of us look forward to spending time with our families and friends over the festive season. But it is important we remember those ADF personnel who are serving in operations in the Middle East who will spend Christmas away from their loved ones.
These men and women on behalf of our country are contributing to the coalition effort in the fight against Daesh, however this comes with long absences from family and friends.
