The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) has confirmed the funding provided in the 2017-18 Budget for its ‘Veteran Centric Reform’ to upgrade its ICT system is only enough for one year with no certainty for the long term.
During Senate Estimates DVA has confirmed they are being forced to prove their worth to the Government in order to secure funding for an easier claims process for our veterans.
