Today we honour the 70th Anniversary of Australia’s involvement in Peacekeeping and Peacemaking operations.
Australian peacekeepers and peacemakers have played a pivotal role in the transition from conflict to peace on a number of operations, with over 80,000 Australians who have been involved in peacekeeping and humanitarian operations since 1947.
