It is incredibly disappointing that Prime Minister Turnbull made a deliberate decision this morning to hold a grubby political press conference on the steps of the Australian War Memorial whilst we honoured the service of veterans who fought in Vietnam.
The Prime Minister clearly doesn’t understand there is a time and place for politics and a time and place to remember the sacrifice of the men and women who have served our country. These are not one and the same.
