The release of the ANAO’s Report today into the Efficiency of Veterans Service Delivery by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs highlights the problems many veterans still face when dealing with DVA.
Disappointingly, the ANAO’s report confirmed our veterans are still facing excessive wait times and inefficient service – and some veterans are falling through the cracks as a result.
